Know a good salon for funky hair colors?

I'm looking for a salon that will color my hair like in this picture:

I've been offered extensions, but I don't want that. I just want colorful hair. I live in Sunnyvale, so a salon near here, Mountain View, Los Altos, Palo Alto, ect. would be best.

That's actually super easy to do yourself with a little bleach and Special Effects.
