It depends on what your doing. Your probably looking for computers for typing up things and making projects , small application , browsing the Internet.  That's small time you can get PC like that for cheap but after getting 10-50 of them it can all add up. I think dell might give you a deal. Good question I do not know were we get everything at work. I would call HP, Dell and a few other places just to see , one thing for sure they will try and get your business but if the deal sucks move on.

first indentify which parts sells fast then go to the dealer and order a big bulk which will then give you the right to request for further discount and credit. maybe for a start you ask for small limit credit.

On other way find out the tax for importing computer materials into your country. you can order from other country for a certain number of parts in different models or range which can add up up to a bulk order.
