Here is a recent occasion that was a very good example:
I was approaching an intersection on my motorcylcle, and I had the option of two different roads to choose when going home. I initially felt like going straight, then I had a small compulsion to go the other way (right) instead. I then thought I would turn right instead, but I felt like something was "wrong" (like the mild feeling that you have forgotten or missed something, or made a bad choice). Some anxiety followed, but somehow I figured that turning right was the correct choice to make, and that I just have some strange mental problems with making decisions....So I calmly approached the empty intersection, indicating to turn right, hoping that I would have a safe trip, and being extra careful just in case....But as I was coming to a stop, my rear wheel suddenly lost traction and the bike jerked to the side, I bailed out just in time before the bike fell. I discovered a long piece of plastic that the rear wheel skidded on.
