  1. spring rolls?

  2. The Pantheon is a greek restaurant down town. I'm Italian as well and when I had guests from Italy, they loved it. It is fairly classy and not overly expensive. Not asian but its a good alternative.

  3. The Arcadian Court at the HBC on bay street is very classy, and on our visits quite good, as well the capt. johns boat at the start of younge. (by the westing harbour castle) is very formal and handled our event perfectly a great time had by all.

  4. I am a former chef and for that I would suggest a place like the Mandarin, if you are downtown the Hard Rock Cafe on Yonge near Dundas, even a chinese place in Chinatown, I like the Indian buffet's as you can get your own fill.

The CN Tower is around $50-70 pp, smaller more intimate place will allow you to dine and not charge you a fee for a party, and desserts are an issue if your looking at fancy, then the food budget for $30-40 is going to be tight, I know because most places charge $4.00 for a slice of cake or cheesecake, and it costs less than a $1.00 to make and serve, markups on some dishes are high along with alcohol.

  5. The tower.
