i want to relax, so do you know any good sites. Or relaxing foods and drinks. Or just ways to get stress off my back.

i want to know what you do to.

  1. well how old are you, maybe if your a bit older you can get a lounging chair get a nice sun tan a pina coletta or a nice alcholic beverage, hope it helped!


  2. I sit or lie down in a quiet place and listen to some meditations.

Go to a Massage Therapist, they work with the muscles in the body.  That is the best way I know.  Not only that, go to a private practitioner.  Why?  Because if you notice that at Day Spa's and resorts, they don't have clocks around the building.. this way you do not realize that you are only getting 50 minuets on average for a 1 hour massage.  This way they can take out time for you to undress and to get dressed and the room to be changed out for the next client.  This prevents the , Doctor's office situation.  Some Spas do allow time for the above, but it is rare.  A MT in private practice not only gives you the full hour, but most of the times goes over and has the time and place to do it and doesn't nickel and dime you for deep tissue, aromatherapy and hot towels.  Never assume in a Spa or any other place that all Therapists are certified or touch the same, so shop around. (this means lots of massages ;) )  You can ask to see their certification in what modality that you are requesting and I recommend asking. Cheers and good luck!

  4. You can drink tea that helps you if you feel stressed. There are several tea's for tenson and stress. Maybe you can medtate or listen to slow and mellow music.

  5. Go to get see a Doctor of Chiropractic.  Stress builds up in the body at times and may be due to muscle tension. Adjusting the spine may increase the level of endorphins and stimulate the nervous system to relax. In some studies stress has shown to promote various illnesses like hypertension, heart disease and anxiety. You may also try and just take 10-15 min of your day to relax in silence or watch the sunset.  Exercise can decrease the amount of stress and so can cutting the amount of sugar or caffeine. You may try to eat healthy and increase H2O intake. Hope this helps. Stay safe and be healthy!

  7. Listen to classical music.  Drink tea that doesn't have caffeine.  Buy one of the air fresheners that come in a lavender scent.
