Check out some books at the library. Try to find the thinnest book there and work your way up. If you start too big then you will feel overwhelmed and lose motivation. Also, watch some J-Dramas with the subtitles the first time and then without subtitles the second time. My favorite one is Nobuta Wo Produce.. it's really great!
