Know any places for a wedding near tulsa/broken arrow area?

Im looking for a place that will be absolutley amazing for my wedding. I would like it to be somewhere outside of the city...maybe?? I dont want to get married in a church, even though we are both religious people. We fell in love with Tarp Chapel in Broken Arrow. So if you have any ideas please help!! We dont have a budget.

The top floor (like the 50th or so) of the CitiPlex towers offers an amazing view of the city.  Been to a couple of functions there before.
