Know any sites where musicians and songwriters gather?

Kinda like a place to share your music, lyrics or try to start a band? For people that like music and want to meet people with the same interest? And one that joining is free and/or even allow teens like me to join. Please give me a list of all that you know of, if you may, or if a site similar to that even exists.

myspace. i check out new garage bands on there all the time lol.

Well,Youtube is a place (sorta). Alot of artists make their own videos to sing for you or just have fun.
