The name of the song is "Stand" and it's by Rascal Flatts. Excellent to listen to when u are going through tough times.

The song tells you that life is like a novel, with the end ripped out. The edge of a canyon with only one way down. Take what you're given, before it's gone and start holding on. Keep holding on! Because when push comes to shove, you taste what you're made of. You might bend till you break because it's all you can take. On your knees you look up, decide you've had enough. You get mad, you get strong, wipe your hands, shake it off and then you Stand. It teaches you that everytime you get up and get back in the race that one more small piece of you falls into place and because of that you can maintain faith in bad times, knowing that they will end. Just because one day u might feel like a candle in a hurricane or like a picture in a broken frame - alone and helpless, like you've lost your fight you will be all right!

in hard times i usually put on Coldplay's new album. their songs are peaceful and they really give me hope and make me relaxed. i also like The Killers, and Muse. They really are an inspiration to my life. if you really want an inspirational song, try "Lost?" by Coldplay. its my personal favorite. Sometimes i also listen to "Everything" by Lifehouse. its a long song, but it always pulls me through.
