No, most girls in the world are all the same, unless she's from an underdeveloped country, well, that's a different story.  Just treat her like you'd treat any American girl, just make sure you don't take advantage of her especially since she might not know the language so well.

There are no big differences between girls from one country and the other.

But there is a lot difference between individual girls within each country.

So do like you would do with American girls, ask and see how she reacts.

But if you are in doubt, ask in words rather than trying to guess things.

In Europe we always hear that when a guy takes a girl for dinner he expects to have s*x with her, a Swiss girl may not know this tradition, and is likely not going along unless she would have s*x without dinner as well.
