Know of a good romantic restaurant in SF bay area?

I would prefer to stay out of SF. Maybe somewhere in Oakland or Berkeley?

  3. Mountain house its in between san mateo and half moon bay its great food beautiful scenary in the middle of the forrest.  Great place.  Not sure about the east bay though.

  5. There is this place called Picco's in Marin County ( Larkspur) it is a small dish place but has amazing food such as tuna tartare, mini sliders, and avacado bruscetta... here is the website

  6. Oliveto or Chez Panisse are the best in the east bay.

    my boyfriend took me one time! it was nice! we had chocolate fondue and champhange and there is even a dance floor downstairs , VERY NICE place!

  9. Chez Panisse is very intimate and romantic with wonderful food.  

    A Cote is also very good- they serve small plates (it is in Oakland).
