Know of a place in cerritos or LA that sells region free DVD players? and they speak English at the store?

ok i want to buy a region free dVD player.. but somewhere that is semi legit because I've gone into a couple places but they seem sorta shady and I'd rather not give my money when its over 100$ to some oddball foreigner who takes cash only and doesn't write receipts.
