Know of any church donations in Lake Elsinore?

I just recently moved from Orange County to Lake Elsinore, California. In Orange County I knew of churches that gave a box of food to you if you needed it or a gas voucher. Now that I am in Lake Elsinore I don't know of any place around like that. I've tried looking online but to no prevail. I just keep getting vacation hot spots and such when I try searching for Community help programs in Elsinore. So my question to you is, does anyone know of any churches and/or facilities in or around Lake Elsinore that offer food and/or gas assistance for low income families? I just recently got a good paying job but don't start til the 25th and in the mean time, I am dieing here and I need gas to take my son to school and such... So if any of you would be able to give me the answer I seek for the question I have I would GREATLY appreciate it :)

probably call one church and ask them for connexions.  pl google their  numbers etc .   all the best and welcome to elsinore - sorry about our non-friendly websites n lack of info
