Know of any expensive restaurants in Toronto?

I want to experience some expensive restaurants with good taste/amazing decor. Spice was good so was Sassafraz, any other ones?

Truffles at the Four Seasons, ByMark on King at Bay, Mortons Steakhouse on Avenue Rd just up from Bloor, Barberian's on Elm just west of Yonge.

I am a former chef and know the chefs at these places and they are nice, good food, great atmosphere, the wine selection is excellent, altogther a great night out for 2.
