Know of any good motherboards below USD 150?

Looking to build an easily upgradable PC, meaning the card has DDR3 slots, PCIe and decent FSB and support for SLi and Intel Quad core processors

DDR3 is new technology.  I doubt you can get any for below $150.  If you don't need DDR3, i recommend the ASUS P5k-E intel p35.  This MB is $149.99 at Newegg.com right now.
