Knowing that you are dreaming in your dream?

ok i keep having dreams in which i know its a dream so i kind of do anything i want. This is so weird nobody believes me. like last week i had a dream about about my hot professor and i knew it was a dream so i went up to her and "shagged" with her..lol.

has this every happened to any of you?

The reason this happens is when something loud or a flash of light occures around your body, it isnt strong enough to wake u up, but is strong enough to make u realise your dreaming, This is most likely to happen when you fall asleep wile watching TV, the light or sound of the tv is strong enough to make realise your dreaming but not enough to wake u.

Yeah it happens to me sometimes. I had a dream I was in a huge building in a cave and no one was there except for this creepy indian girl and I knew I was in a dream and I didn't want to be anymore so I thought if I jumped off the building I would wake up, so I jumped off and hit the ground (it hurt too.) Then I thought I wanted to try again and without me doing anything I was back to the place where I jumped. Later in the dream I saw this rock and I thought I might be able to see where I was from it. Before I could climb it though I just kinda poofed to the top of the rock.

I also had a dream I was drowning and I thought I am in a dream and my face is in my pillow (since it was hard to breathe.) I thought I wanted to breathe and so then I was above water and I wasn't drowning anymore.
