Knowing what you may know about David Nugent PLDT/MPIC fiasco, would you be a whistleblower at PLDT or Smart?

Philippine Long Distance Telephone Chairman, Chairman of Metro Pacific Investments and CEO & Managing Director of First Pacific Company, Limited three publicly traded companies wants you to trust that he will protect whistleblowers and act ethically to prosecute those who break the law and violate his companies. Top deputy David Nugent did that but instead of following MVPs ethics that he touts, Nugent is off vacationing in India and Dubai after being forced to resign as Vice President of Ace Saatchi & Saatchi, where he went after six years as Chief Governance Officer and VP at First Pacific's Metro Pacific (PSE:MPI) or (PSE:MPC). Apparently MVP never did a basic background check on his top deputy and after six years Nugent departmed Metro Pacific due to substance use. Now Pangilinan has known for three months about Nugent's true character yet he refuses to enforce the laws he helped write. I was surprised as I thought he would help the PH in the global marketplace more.

My answer is rather brief, since my former mentor, is busy erasing me from corporate existence, I am planning to go to my mother's house in Hanford and discuss all First Pacific and PLDT business with the United States Securities & Exchange Commission, because I have decided that it would be best to tell the truth, the whole truth about Manny's schemes to transfer funds from First Pacific Company, Limited to Metro Pacific Corporation, as PPT was not initially a success and we were losing money.  Also, Melody, was not authorized to act in the capacity she is now acting based on the By-Laws of the Company.  Melody knew what was going on and I condemn Manny for making it appear as though I was fired when public record reveals otherwise.  I plan to cooperate with the proper authorities in a civilized nation.  My dear Cat, thanks for everything and may you use your skills from Parsons to be a great designer.  Cheers!
