Knowledgeable plant people needed. I am in Zone 7b. I have basic green shrubs in my yard....?

I would like to add a few purple bushes (that remain purple year round) & maybe some very bright green (it looks kind of flourescent green) plants to accent the purple. Don't really want flowering plants as much as plants that will keep the color year round. Any ideas for this light bright green color of plants & nice purple plants?

Drat, couldn't find the bright green you mentioned.  Will post if I find it.
