Pierce hadnt done anything until last season when the NBA fixed the games....for the Celtics to get to the Finals....Watch the games against Cleveland when LeBron is hacked so many times im surprised he still has arms...and the Pistons were fouled every time they had the ball..........and somehow the Celtics averaged 30 freethrows against the Cavs Pistons & Lakers....the Hawks almost bounced them so the NBA was scared...they had to come up with something........as for Kobe 5 FInals appearances 3 Rings 2 scoring titles...81 points....and the best player since Mike..........

Pierce isnt even on the top 10 players what does that say about him? Kobes MVP i think its pretty clear. Pierce did win the Finals but who has had the better career... oh yeah!

Pierce isn't even the best on his own team, let alone top 10 in the NBA. Pierce has only one thing on Kobe - A Finals MVP. Kobe has everything else and will always have everything else above Pierce, especially when it comes to faking an injury...

Paul Pierce isn't even top 10 in the current NBA nor is he the best in his team.  But then Chokobe isn't even top 15 in the current NBA.

Paul obviously pwned Chokobe in the Finals.  Paul destroyed Chokobe on both sides of the court - Chokobe can't guard him when they played man-to-man, yet Paul stopped Chokobe.

Chokobe = a Vince Carter who was Shaq's sidekick in his early career

Tim Duncan is the best player in the world.  If not for Joel Crawford, the Spurs would have been in the Finals.

Every one has their best player, but this whole Kobe/Paul "Oh i hurt my knee" Pierce thing is just hype to get the Boston/Lakers fued going again like in the 80's. That most likely will not happen, they just need to let it go.

My best player ever to play is none other than Magic Johnson. He played every spot on the floor and did well doing so.
