I think he is mad too because Ron and Kobe are long friends and the Lakers would have a Big 3, but nobody even saw the Rockets interested in him. We just came out of nowhere and took him. Now hes mad that the Lakers are no longer the top team in the west.

Why would Kobe be mad?  Kobe is probably happy that he now has an excuse for not getting it done next season.

i dont think he cares and he shouldnt.  its not like he expressed desires to have artest on the laker squad anyway.  odom is fine and he was an important piece for them last year.  they have a solid team, why bring in artest who in my opinion wouldnt fit there, especially when his shot attempts go down and would have to be a facilitator more.

he not really b/c he dont want to lose the acrobatic hustlin guard forward and center lamar odom for somebody dats goin to get suspended before the end of the season
