Kodak EasyShare C613 - No audio playback on video?

My daughter received a Kodak C613 digital camera for Christmas last year. And we can not get the audio to playback during any of the video recordings. Either through the camera itself in review mode or even downloaded to her pc with the EasyShare software that came with the camera. We checked all of the settings on the camera, and made sure that Sound was ON for video... but still no audio... Any ideas?

The C613 does not have a speaker, so it won't playback sound during playback while in the camera. Other than the obvious (sound turned on in the computer?), you will have to work with Kodak support to resolve this issue.

Go to the Kodak C613 Support page and go through the guided trouble shooting and repair wizard. If that doesn't help, they have a contact page on the support page.
