Kodak EasyShare M863?

I just bought this camera today. It seems to take great pictures, but I cannot get the picture size to change. I've changed the MP on the menu of the camera, but every time I upload them to the computer, they are all the same size and too small. How can I get this camera to TAKE larger photos?

Go to the menu option when take the certain mode and save you settings to whatever size. Or default it.
