Kodak camera stopped working- information on what to do now?

My warranty isn't up yet, and my camera hasn't had sound on the videos since i bought it and the other day my camera just stopped working for some reason. It will turn on, but then off before anything can happen. I tried to charge the battery and switched batteries with my sisters camera and it still didn't work. I can't find any information on their website or the booklet the camera came with about sending the camera in to get fixed or getting a new one. Anyone know how that works? Thanks so much

unless it's been in water, your warranty should still be effective so i would take it to ritz or where ever you bought it from. hopefully you filled out and mailed off the warranty registration.  i've been through Kodak digital cameras and finally said s***w them. now i bought a sony cyber shot and it rocks!

You seem to have waited a while to  deal with the sound issue.  Kodak will want to know why you waited so long ....
