  1. Hi Susan.  Sorry no one has tried to answer your question:((

I will try to help.    Very few people will be able to answer because Error Codes are not really meant for us.   They are meant to identify the problem for the camera repair techs.   Just seeing it,  tells them what they need to do to fix it without them having to test everything in the whole camera.  But sometimes they have to do that as well.   If Kodak will not tell you what the code means that is because they want you to send it in for repair... and pay the repair costs.  What I would do,  is take it to a camera repair facility in your area and ask for an evaluation of the problem and an estimate of the repair fee.   They might charge a small estimate fee... but then you will know what is wrong with it,  if it can be fixed,  if it is worth being fixed or getting a new camera.   Now,  I will give you a very important piece of advice...  Don't ever buy another Kodak.   Here at our shop,  we have a whole box of them,  unfortunately,  all dead... not worth spending the money to fix,

Hope I was a little helpful.   Thanks for reading.  :))
