Kodak easy share c613, i cant transfer pics from camera to comp, why?

Question

ok so i have a Kodak easy share c613 and i have transfered pics before( but i don't know how i did it) so now i am trying to transfer and i am unsucsessfull. so i read some other q&a about the matter and found out that in the program Kodak gave me i can go to tool-camera/viewer-synchronize or transfer, but it doesnt work (it says no supported devise conected, but it is!!!). how do i transfer pics!

Kist take the card out and use a card reader, you don't need any program.
