Kodak easy share c713 PLEASE HELP?

so i had a really nice camera which i've had for a little over a year and it broke...so until it gets fixed my mom got me a kodak easy share c713...so far when i take the pictures they look horrible on the actual camera...will they have a better look when i get them onto my computer?

[ex. everything looks a little fuzzy and dull on the camera...will they look clear and vibrant on my computer?]

Make sure that the white balance setting is correct. Make sure that exposure compensation isn't on and set to underexpose. Check the scene settings, you should select a mode appropiate for your subject. Check your manual, it will tell what these settings should be.
