  1. GO FOR CANON BUT NOT sd750

    HERE ARE LINKS:

    SD750: http://alatest.com/canon_powershot_sd750...

    SD1000: http://alatest.com/canon_powershot_sd100...

    SD1000 is CHEAPER & 100% BETTER  than SD750

    sd750 scores 94\100

    sd1000 scores 95\100

u can read reviews about 200-300 for each camera.

    VERDICT:

I KNOW SD750 IS NEXT MODEL TO SD1000 BUT U GO THROUGH LINKS U WILL FIND THAT SD1000 IS AHEAD IN:

    LOOKS

    IMAGE QUALITY

    USER INTERFACE

    COST

    BATTER BACK UP

    IT HAS OPTICAL VIEWFINDER

    SOME PROBLEMS IN SD750:

No optical zoom in movies, Expensive, No internal memory, Zoom backfires, Noisy images, Tiny controls

    GOOD THING IN SD1000

Excellent image quality; solid build quality; speedy performance; optical viewfinder; face recognition

    !!!HOPE I HAVE HELPED U!!!

  2. I would reccomend a cannon for sure.  Don't focus on the megapixels too much because its misleading.  Megapixels are just the size of the picture and 7+ is enough.  There are other notable specs but the cannon cameras are trustworthy.  I myself just bought the powershot SD750 and it has just been amazing and extremely durable too.  I was at a party and it fell off the 1 story balcony and is still working perfectly.  I had a kodak some time ago and it broke within a month then got a cannon which i gave to my gf when i just bought this one.

  3. The Canon SD750 is the better of the two, hands down. Kodak is more known for making user friendly cameras, but lack in image quality. Kodak is not the kind of camera you'd want in low light situations. The Canon is better built and performs better in most situations.

  4. Kodak is known for making great films, but not so great cameras.  I'd go with the Canon.

  6. Canon.

  7. Canon, the quality of Kodak has been falling recently. I find that the quality of a photo in terms of mega-pixels is not noticeably different as it goes over 7 and higher.
