Kohls return policy?

Question

Does anyone know kohls return policy? I bought a pair of boots from them, but am having regrets! I am really upset about it though, because my grandma bought them for me and I think she will be mad! I dont have the box any more though because my cat used it as a litter box. Plz help, I dont kow what to do!

if the shoes have wear and tear and u dont have the box...dont quaify for return

Call them and ask if you can return ask to speak with a manger! just tell them you do not like the boots they were a gift ask if you can exchange for something else!If they say yes then ask for mangers name so you will not have a problem when you take the boots back.

lol we take basically everything back!

as long as youve got the recipet and you havent worn them its fine. as for not having the box, well have the shoes in the department dont have boxes lol.
