Windup, you are new to Yahoo Answers and you no doubt asked your question from the Yahoo Home Page.  When you do that the Yahoo system picks out the category.

You can change it but newbies don't usually see that.

The word "race" put your question in the genealogy category.  Go back to the Home Page and on the left pick out "Entertainment" and then select the sub category "Radio."  Here's a link.
