Kolkatta Knight Riders take Deccan Chargers for a ride in IPL 2011

Jacques Kallis made his second significant contribution in as many matches yet this time his half century proved to be a match winning one for the hosts. He also held four important catches in Deccan’s innings to ensure that his hard work with the bat did
not go to waste.

Bharat Chipli was the best performer with the bat scoring 48 runs. However, he failed to take his team through and fell at a crucial juncture of the game.
Iqbal Abdullah was the star of the show for Kolkata. The pace bowler took 3 wickets as the Chargers ended their innings 9 runs short of the target.
