Sergei Kolotovkin has urged Zenit to win the upcoming Russian Premier League tie against Kuban Krasnodar and has expressed his views on Yuri Krasnozhan
Zenit St. Petersburg will lock horns with Kuban Krasnodar at Petrovsky stadium on Saturday and are on the back of a confident 2-0 win against FC Krasnodar at Kuban Stadium earlier this month.
As things stand, the St. Petersburg club are at the 4th spot on the Russian Premier League table with 21 points and are two places above from the Krasnodar-based club in the standings.
And while Zenit’s latest acquisition, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/FC-Porto-c39186 this summer, Sergei Kolotovkin has backed the Brazilian striker to start scoring goals.
The former Tokyo Verdy player has only managed to score once in four league appearances at Zenit.
"Hulk needs time to adjust to life in a new country. He looked great in their last match. I do how much Zenit paid for him but I can say that he is a great player. This person can change the fate of the match especially since he
has a great left foot and a good eye for goal," the Soviet Union Cup winner was quoted as saying.
Kolotovkin went on to the Meshki to win the upcoming league tie if they are to remain in the title hint this season.
The former CSKA Moscow central defender warned the defending champions against Yuri Krasnozhan’s men, telling them that the opposition are enjoying a decent spell under new manager.
