I just started buying Kombucha tea drinks, and the only place that has them has two kinds, one is the "raw" Kombucha that is over three dollars a bottle and sells only in the fridge section, the other is made by a company called Carpe diem and is not regfridgerated. Does Kombucha have to be in order to be effective>? The raw one has a much more unpleasant taste, all the ones I ve tried taste like vinegar soda. The Carpe ones are much better tasting, but I just want an effective drink, so I will overcome the flavor of the raw if thats the one I should drink for the health benefits. Anyone>? thanks
