Konica 7155 Main Error Code : 74 ,printer stops...

Question

This unit stops for no apparent reason during large print jobs from image stored on HDD and sends me an email indicating that the unit requires "Operator Assistance", but at the control panel there is no indication why or messages displayed. In most cases the user just presses Start and it continues the job.
Any ideas?
