Konica Copier on network not recognising a mac

I am the only Mac user on this network at work, and the Konica Minolta copier does not recognise me as a user. Is there a driver that I can download in order to print to this printer? The IT manager can't help me and I am at a loss!The printer/copier is a 8022 model if that helps?Thanks in advance,Joanna
