Konica minolta bizhub 162 photocopier paper jam...

Question

sir,

i have a probelm of paper jam with konica minolta bizhub 162 photocopier.

the moment i try to photocopy the document it says there is paper jam and open the side cover first but there is no bit of paper when i open it. Instead i find one of the rollers is heated to burnt. The temperature of roller becomes as high as 70 to 80 degre celsus in few seconds of power connection.

caould any one help me out to solve this problem >?
