The midfielder, who is currently on-loan at FC Augsburg, has made himself available for a future move despite being contracted with http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/VfL-Wolfsburg-c40881 until 2014.
Koo Ja-Cheol has revealed that he is open for a future move by the end of this campaign. The South Korean expressed his satisfaction with his current role at the club after some disappointing performances at Wolfsburg, where he
failed to impress.
Cheol admitted that he had a rough spell at the Volkswagen Arena but breathed a sigh of relief after securing a move to Augsburg. He mused that his Wolfsburg experience has helped him to learn a lot and now he feels to be a complete
player.
While talking to ilgan Sports, the 23-year-old further added: "The painful memories in Wolfsburg helped me a lot. I tried to focus on the field thinking about mistakes that I made with my former team. In fact, the experience of
playing both centre and sides in Wolfsburg helped me a lot."
Koo insisted that he came to Augsburg with the aim of improving himself as a player. He showed his delight at having led this season’s relegation contenders out of the drop zone and aims of keeping them in the first division.
The youngster also expressed his desire to become a part of South Korean national squad for the upcoming Olympic Games. He enthused that his national team manager must be impressed with his show in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 and would hopefully consider
him as part of his future plans.
"My goal in Augsburg was to get at least five offensive marks, but I achieved that faster than I expected. Now, I will help my club to remain in the top division. I want to go to the Olympics and the World Cup after showing a good
performance with my club," the midfielder concluded.
Cheol signed for Wolfsburg in 2011 from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Jeju-United-c39602 and had a 22-match goalless run before switching to Augsburg on-loan during the winter transfer window. He has already amassed three league goals from his nine outings so far
which has helped Augsburg to the 14th spot in the Bundesliga with 30 points.
Augsburg have a real tough test coming up this weekend against Bayern Munich who will be ruthless in their attempt to win this season’s Bundesliga.
