Korea embassy in philippines?

i applied a tourist visa in korean embassy bcoz my fiance inviting me to go there and i give all the requirements except the working certificate,because im not working and my husband to be is able to provide all expenses but then can't get...Even though my fiance are gonna apply for me cant give it....why is that??my fiance is a british man he works there for 5 years.....

Present all documents required by the Korean embassy because it is the only choice since the approval of a visa is discretionary.

Ma. Rhea J..what is he? Your husband or fiance? If he is your husband, then attach you marriage certificate and his financial statement or employment certification to show proof of your financial capability. Now if not, your fiance will have to get his employment certification to gether with a certification that all your expenses will be shouldered by him. As to who certifies his document, you will have to inquire from the Korean Embassy or he has to inquire in Korea.**
