Korean E2 visa interview: what to expect?

Question

I anticipate going to the Sydney Korean Consulate next week for my E2 visa interview. Now just waiting on the visa issuance number.

However my employer, who has applied to Korean Immigration for the visa on my behalf (using the paperwork I sent), seems to have a slightly different idea of the specifics of process when compared to the Sydney Consulate. Leaving me somewhat confused in the middle!

So I'm just wondering if anyone who has been interviewed at the Korean consulate in Sydney for their E2 could tell me exactly what to expect. Ta. :)
