Korean Name or cultural origin....?

Can someone tell me if the name "Ming Hsu" is a Korean name? If not, what cultural origin is it from? And if possible, What does it mean...

Definitely NOT Korean. It's Chinese from Taiwan. Hsu should be Hsü in Wade-Giles romanization = Xü in Pinyin romanization. Hsü Ming = 徐明 or 許明 or some other character that might be used as a surname besides 徐 or 許.

Note: It's incorrect to just use the letter u without the umlaut or two dots over the letter: Incorrect: Hsu/Xu, Correct: Hsü/Xü
