Korean Toasted Rice Soup?

Question

What's the name of the Rice Soup that they serve at soon tofu restaurants? They basically put cold water on the little stone pots that the cooked rice on and the rice crispy things turn into rice soup?

its pronouced "New roong bab"  or 'new roong' meaning toasted and 'bab' meaning rice. But, this only when you pour water into the stone bowl of rice.
