Question

Someone who studies Korean martial arts has been using this phrase a lot lately. Can anyone tell me what it means?

Sabum nim Kea Kyung Rea

The first part refers to the instructor. The last part I believe is telling you to bow.  The TKD guys may have a more accurate translation.

That means    

Bow/attention to the teacher/master

Sabum is the teacher, nim is a polite way of calling someone,

kea means "to"  kyung rea is when you bend your head over 90 degrees and bow.
