Korean type of sport i think....Any clue?

there is this sport in dramas where two people have this hockey-type mask on with wooden sticks and they fight using it..i was wondering what do you call that??

Watch it in a part of kdrama: Save The Last Dance For Me

At around the end of this video clip you can see what sport I'm talking about.....

  1. Kendo.  That's a Japanese martial art.   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kendo  I'm sure the koreans have a form of this practice as well.


  2. When I was there..I often heard it referred to as Komdo. It's quite popular with kids.

    Korean kids actually do things with their spare time.
