Kosher Italy?

I want to visit Italy before I start college, but I am an orthodox jew and was wondering if there are any kosher resturants or shuls in Rome or Veinces or any other tourist cities. And where would be the best places to go. Thanks you!

I'm not Kosher but a great restaurant in Florence is Ruth's Kosher Vegetarian. I think it is on Via Farini, right next to the beautiful synagogue, which is worth a visit.
