The Reims shot-stopper believes that his role at Stade Auguste Delaune is much more than just goalkeeping and he is like an elder brother to the other players

his shoulders and is looking forward to help his teammates in any way possible.
While talking to reporters, the former FC Metz player stated that he is usually a quite lad and he rarely speaks out. The player added that other players in the team respect him to great extent and they listen to him and treat him a like a big brother.
"I'm a discreet person, I don't often speak out, but when I do talk I think my team-mates listen to me so you could say I’m a bit like the big brother," he told Ligue1.com.
Talking about Stade de Reims’ recent performances in the Ligue 1, Agassa said that everyone at the club is disappointed with the way things are going at the moment and it’s totally natural that players are raising their voices at training. However, off the
pitch, Reims' players are still getting on well and the 34-year-old is pleased with that.
“It's been months now since we last tasted victory, so it’s understandable that there are raised voices at training but off the pitch we’re all still getting on well," said Agassa.
Praising Reims’ centre-back pairing of Mickaël Tacalfred and Anthony Weber, the shot-stopper said that all three of them have played nearly every game and he trusts them to great extent. Agassa added that Tacalfred and Weber allow to him to play with more
confidence on the pitch and is hoping for Reims to start playing well in near future.
"All three of us played nearly every game of last season’s promotion campaign. I know I can rely on the guys in front of me. I know they'll be there for me, so I can't let them down," Agassa added.
