Krakow, Poland, Nice Place?

Question

Me and my boyfriend are going to Krakow, poland in Febuary.

Anyone been, is this a good city, is there much to do here?

Anythinbg to watch out for?

My favorite place in the world, besides my hometown. :) It's beautiful. Be prepared for a lalalalalot of food, culture, and shopping. :) Have fun!

im going there in 5 days with my boyfriend as well. his mother lives there so we get a free place to stay and some awesome home cooking. i cannot wait. it sounds so foreign and beautiful. i heard there's tons of castles and cathedrals. wawel castle seems to be a popular attraction. i will be there for three weeks so i will get to really explore. i read that apple pancakes are something i must try?

Poland in general has a lower cost of living so be sure to visit some of the local eateries that are off the tourist routes and enjoy lower prices and a real feel for the country
