Kroger Birthday Cakes?

Question

I am ordering my daughters cake for her 3rd birthday next week, and wanted to see if anyone could tell me if Kroger does a good job, and Also if you have to pay for the cake when you order or when you pick up? Thank you in advance!

I payed when I picked up.. they are pretty good.. it all depends on whos going to be writing though.. sometimes its not so pretty... my sons name was spelled wrong but whatever he was turning 3 and wasnt interested in the name :p but they do taste good and last a while in the fridge.. I got the nemo cake.. marble w/ buttercream frosting everything was good other than the writing and looked just like the picture in the book. Happy Bday to your little one!

*PS: I never pay for anything up front... I have to see it before I buy it but they don't make you pay until pick up, called and asked*

2-3 days before is good but they only require 24 hour notice for normal size cakes, but its good to make sure a few days before they have the decorations you want :0)

We order Kroger Birthday cakes, we like the taste of them way better than Wal Mart cakes. You pay for them when you pick them up. And yes they do do a good job. We ordered a Tinkerbell one for my grand daughter for her 6th birthday.

Kroger has great cakes. I always get Yellow cake with butter cream frosting

yea i agree kroger cakes are good and you dont pay till you pick up
