hey won't start you out as a cashier. They promote within the company. 75 percent of all employees are hired as courtesy clerks. 20 percent are hired into dpsartments and 5 percent are hired as other.

Krogers is anything but fair.  My mom cashiered there and made $8.75, but that was a huge secret cuz they dont pay everyone the same.  They can't discuss their wages with other co workers.  My mom is 50 if your a younger kid, they will pay you what they have to.......minimum wage.
