  1. The megalodon is 40 to 60ft. in length and weighs up to 50 tons. It is a specialized whale-killer, has the strongest jaws of any animal recorded which are big enough to swallow a car, and is equipped with hand-sized teeth. Keep in mind that megalodon is an active hunter of things both smaller and up to the same size as it.
Kronosaur is 25-30ft. long and weighs around 20 tons, after the revised length from 45ft long, it is not as long as originally thought. Its head was up to 9ft. long, strong enough to crush thick bones, but had narrow jaws in comparison to meg. It relies solely on its flippers to propel it through the water, (which is what the meg attacked on whales), and is less flexible than the shark.
In my opinion, the meg would easily win this fight, unless the kronosaur found a way to lock its jaws around a tail, or fin and yank it off. This is highly unlikely however, because megalodon plans its attack on other species according to their position. It would most likely come under the kronosaur bite him on the flipper, belly, or under the neck, and wait for him to bleed to death in seconds.
