Kuban Krasnodar director general, Suren Mkrtchyan, has confirmed that the Russian outfit is planning to sign a host of key players in the upcoming summer transfer window. He has assured the fans of strengthening his side.
However, the Russian national has insisted that the Cossacks will not spend big on a single player and gave the example of Arsenal’s Robin Van Persie and Anzhi Makhachkala’s Samuel Eto’o.
“We will invite players who are significantly strengthening our club, but we are not going to go for stars like Eto'o and Van Persie. We will use the resources efficiently. However, I can say that we will have a greater budget
this year.”
