Kurt Busch 24th in the standings?.......Hah!?

Guess the blue deuce isn't helpin him out too much.......I like to see him mired so far back in the standings.....What are your opinions on his lackluster season.......bad luck, lack of skills, lack of chemistry etc etc......your thoughts.

Yeah he's had a bad season but he'll catch up. Not to compare because they're not even close but Gordon and Kenseth aren't in the top 12, do you really think they won't be?? He will be up there, i'm sure

It's just ''BAD LUCK''.  Just like his old teammate from Roush.

Who is sitting in the 22nd spot at the moment... It's not the equipment? Kenseth is a former champ too. So ya know Kurt's at least... keeping up with Roush !!

It could be worse??? Look at Edwards with 3 wins... and barely in, the top [10]

He is having a awful year. He has been shooting his self in the foot every since Daytona. Lots of pit road penalties, speeding(entering & exiting), missing his pit, the crew letting tires get away on pit stops, getting caught up in other peoples wrecks, loose lug nuts and on and on. He may not be in it this year but Im sticking with him. Like him or not he does have a title and there are alot of drivers out there that dont.(Including his brother)

He has won a championship so I dont think its talent. He has had a bunch of bad luck this year except for Daytona.

Honestly, he made a gutsy move from Roush to Penske. He thought that Roger would have the stuff to give him another championship while letting him be the headliner, while he was 2nd banana to Kenseth at Roush. Unfortunately, his move hurt both teams, as Kurt hasn't done well enough, and Jamie McMurray has basically driven himself out of Kurt's old ride this year.

You're right, having his ears pinned back killed down force. The Jimmy Spencer nose job didn't help either.

its bad luck just like matt kenseth these two are two champions and they are really really great drivers they both have good runs but they get caught up in a wreck always its always some one elses fault for the accident but they get caught in it

The transfer of points didn't help him at all. Dodge is hardly a headliner this year. He's really fighting an uphill battle.

Its not just the Blue Deuce, look at Matt Kenseth, its been a crazy season, I would actually like to see the Scrub have some of his older brothers bad luck.. Kurt has had all sorts of stuff go wrong since Daytona...and poor Matt we have a lot of Kenseth fans (ncluding me) in our nascar club, they are in shock, I wish some of Carls luck could go Matts way...Its a long season, and any thing can happen....Its not a lack of skills for Matt or Kurt, its just dang ole racing bad luck..

I think it is that car.  Rusty Wallace sure didn't have much success in it towards the end of his career.  I think it is cursed or something.
